Security Tips when receiving PPS post-payment notifications:

• Promptly Verify Transaction Details– Upon receiving our payment notifications, please promptly review and verify the transaction details. Ensure that the payment amount, date, time and reference number are recognizable.
• Be Cautious of Unauthorized Transactions – If you noticed any unauthorized transactions or are unable to recognize the transaction details, please contact our Hotline immediately.
• Beware of Phishing Scams – PPS will never request personal information through payment notification emails or SMSs. If in doubt, please contact our Hotline immediately.

1If you wish to receive payment notification by SMS for Taobao transactions of HK$500 or below, you can easily update your preference in your account with PPS App. Simply log on to PPS App, select "Account Settings" on the homepage >"Edit Settings" > then update your preference on "PPS Post Payment Notification Settings".
