To provide flexibility for those PPS by Phone Users to access ppshk.com, PPS is now inviting selected "PPS by Phone Users" to obtain an Internet Password by phases.

Steps as follow:

Selected "PPS by Phone Users" will receive an Invitation Message upon completion of a successful PPS payment.
|
| 2. |
An 8-digit "Access Code" will be provided once they accept the Invitation.
|
| 3. |
Visit the PPS website - ppshk.com, click Login, then, select "Login for PPS by Phone Users".
The following information is required:

- PPS Account Number
- Bank Account Number linked with PPS
- 8-digit "Access Code" [Please note this Access Code will be valid for 24 hours. It will be void afterwards. So, please act immediately.]
- Your chosen PPS Internet Password

Please note that One-time Password (OTP) via SMS to your mobile phone is required for the following transactions:

- Bill Registration for selected PPS merchants# via PPS by Internet
- First-time bill payment for selected PPS merchants# via PPS by Internet for bills registered via PPS phone channel
- Bill registration for specified merchants* via PPS by Phone

#All merchants excluding those in the categories of Primary or Secondary Education, Post-secondary or Specialised Education, Government or Statutory Organisation & Public Utility.
* Specified merchants include Credit Services, Securities Brokers and The Hong Kong Jockey Club.
