The e-Inclusion Campaign (formerly known as the Web Care Campaign), initiated by Internet Professional Association (iProA), aims to promote a barrier-free Internet environment and provide the needy communities with equal opportunities in sharing the benefits brought about by the development of Internet in Hong Kong.
