1. Service Scope |
PPS Shop&Buy Service allows you to purchase movie tickets of UA cinemas at www.cityline.com.hk or www.uacinemas.com.hk through PPS directly, giving you extra convenience.
Simply select PPS at www.cityline.com.hk or www.uacinemas.com.hk the transaction details will be sent to the PPS system.
You only need to enter your 8-digit PPS Account Number or PPS Account Name as well as your PPS Internet Password on the PPS Online Payment Page. Your account details will then be sent to the PPS system directly.
Upon confirmation, the merchant will receive your payment acknowledgement. The merchant will then handle your purchase details and notify you the result online instantly. The merchant will display the purchase confirmation on-screen directly.
Afterwards, you can obtain your tickets by swiping your ATM card / Credit card which associated with your PPS Account (i.e. the card you have used to open the PPS Account) at any Ticket Dispensing Machines located at any UA Cinemas.

2. Steps for Online Ticketing

To purchase ticket, select the movie, cinema and show time of your choice, then select "PPS payment" in the preview page.

Please provide email address and telephone number (for those non-member login) to receive the Email Confirmation.

In the "Order Preview" page, the screen will display that this transaction is paid by PPS. Please double check your entered email address and phone number.

Then, the system will be linked to PPS and please press "Confirm" to proceed payment.

Please enter your 8-digit PPS Account Number / PPS Account Name and your PPS Internet Password on the PPS Online Payment Page. Your account details will be sent to the PPS System directly.

Upon successful processing of your payment instruction in the PPS System, you will receive a payment confirmation from Cityline. Apart from the show and the ticket details, Cityline will advise you the PPS payment reference number (PPS ISN). Please mark down relevant details as your record.

What can I do if I cannot get my tickets at the Ticket Dispensing Machine?

Please approach the Box Office for assistance. Please provide your PPS ISN so that the Box Office Staff can help you to find your transaction record and print your tickets accordingly.

I booked but I didn't get a confirmation page. What should I do?
|

If you are a Cityline member, you can check your transaction details online. Please do this before trying to purchase tickets again to avoid double booking.
If you are a non-member, please contact Cityline Customer Service Hotline 2314-4228 during their office hours (Mon - Sat 10am to 10pm, Sun & public holidays 12:30pm to 10pm).
