    With the recent spread of Trojan software*, we would like to bring your attention that this PPS site does not collect irrelevant information (particularly credit card expiry date, ATM PIN number, HKID number). If you encounter any such request, please do not respond to it. To protect your PC, please install the latest anti-virus software and personal firewall.

    Besides, PPS will not send email to users asking for phone password and internet password. If you receive such e-mail, please do not respond to it. Should you want to change the phone password or set up an internet password, please handle it through the PPS registration terminal. Should you want to change the internet password, please visit www.ppshk.com.

    Also, PPS will not request you to provide PPS Account Number / Account Name, except ONLY on the condition that you have instructed us to investigate on your PPS transaction.

    * It is a software that is planted in a customer's PC by fraudsters to access the customer's personal information. It will monitor and record the keystrokes when a person types on the keyboard (e.g. user ID or password). This information collected can be sent to an unauthorised person.
