If you encounter any such request, please do not respond to it. To protect your PC, please install the latest anti-virus software and personal firewall. Besides, PPS will not send email to users asking for phone password and internet password. If you receive such e-mail, please do not respond to it. Should you want to change the phone password or set up an internet password, please handle it through the PPS registration terminal. Also, PPS will not request you to provide PPS Account Number / Account Name, except ONLY on the condition that you have instructed us to investigate on your PPS transaction.
